Privacy policy
DHD takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy explains which data are processed when you visit the website or submit a form. Information in square brackets must be checked and completed before public launch.
1. Controller
Federation of Hazara Organisations in Germany (DHD)
[add full postal address]
Email: info@hazara-dachverband.de
Telephone: +49 176 32837431
Privacy contact: [add if different]
2. Hosting and server logs
When the website is opened, the hosting provider processes technically required data such as the IP address, date and time, requested address, transferred data volume, browser, operating system and referring page. This supports secure and stable operation, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting provider and exact deletion period: [add from the configured hosting contract].
3. Contact, membership and cooperation forms
When you submit a form, we process the contact and organisation details you enter and the content of your message. The data are emailed to info@hazara-dachverband.de and used only to handle your request. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or membership-related steps, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate communication interests and, where expressly given, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Special categories of personal data supplied voluntarily are processed only where necessary and legally permitted. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
4. Email and SMTP
The website uses a configured SMTP service for reliable delivery. Sender and recipient address, subject, message content and technical delivery data may be processed. Provider, server location, data-processing agreement and deletion periods: [complete after selecting the SMTP provider].
5. Cookies and consent
Technically necessary cookies or local-storage entries may be used without consent where strictly required for a service requested by the user. Optional analytics, media or marketing services are activated only after consent. See the Cookie Policy for details. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time for the future through “Cookie settings”.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to responsible DHD personnel and carefully selected processors where required for operation, security or communication. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place only where a configured service requires them and a lawful transfer mechanism is available. [Add the services and safeguards actually used.]
7. Retention
Data are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or statutory obligations. Form enquiries are reviewed and deleted after the matter is concluded; DHD must define exact periods in its internal deletion schedule before launch.
8. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact info@hazara-dachverband.de. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Security and updates
DHD uses appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and updates them according to risk and the state of the art. This policy will be revised when functions, providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: [add month/year].
