Cookie policy

This policy explains how DHD uses cookies and comparable storage technologies. It is fully editable in WordPress and must be updated whenever the technical setup changes.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small items of information stored in or read from a browser. Comparable technologies include local browser storage. They may be necessary for technical operation or, after consent, enable optional functions.

Strictly necessary storage

Necessary entries may store your cookie choice and support security, forms and core website functions. They are used only where access is strictly required for a service explicitly requested by the user.

Optional services

Analytics, external video, maps, social-media content or marketing tools are activated only if they are actually configured and you have consented in advance. Without consent, these categories remain disabled. Optional services currently used: [verify before launch and list each service or state “none”].

Your choice

On the first visit you can accept or reject optional services. The “Cookie settings” link in the footer lets you change the selection later. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing that was already lawful.

Cookie overview

  • dhd-cookie-consent – stores the user’s choice locally; purpose: controlling whether the banner is shown again; duration: until deletion by the user or [verify technical duration].
  • WordPress/security cookies – may be set for signed-in editors and technical protection; add exact names and durations after installation and security configuration.
  • Optional cookies – [add only services actually used, with purpose, provider and duration].

Questions about cookies can be sent to info@hazara-dachverband.de. Last updated: [add month/year].
