Terms of use
These terms govern use of the public website of the Federation of Hazara Organisations in Germany. Specific agreements concerning membership, cooperation, events or donations take precedence over these general terms.
Information service
The website provides information about DHD’s objectives, governance, member organisations, committees, news, events and participation. Content is general information and is not legal, tax or professional advice.
Enquiries and forms
Submitting a contact, membership or cooperation form does not itself create membership, a partnership or a contractual obligation. DHD reviews each request and separately confirms any next steps. Users must provide accurate information and must not send unlawful, abusive or harmful material.
Donations and payments
Binding payment methods, tax information and campaign conditions will be published on the donation page only after official approval. Until then, no payment claim is created through the website.
Permitted use
Content may be viewed and linked for private, non-commercial information purposes. Further copying, adaptation or publication requires a legal permission or the consent of the rights holder. Member-organisation logos must not be used without their consent.
Availability and liability
DHD works to provide a secure and available service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Statutory rules apply to intentional and grossly negligent conduct and all mandatory liability. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
